Your responsabilities:
- Assist French-Speaking customers via phone, email and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions and invoices.
- Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience
- Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved and meet commitments within agreed deadlines.
- Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request.
- You speak French in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
- Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our dynamic team.
- Previous Customer Service experience is a big plus!
- Possible start on 18/09
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week, inclusive of public holidays, and weekends off!
- Work in our modern Office in Lisbon - Oriente
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
- 895 gross x 12months +2 extra salaries per year
- up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)
- transport allowance: 20€ / month
