German Customer Support Agent

For this particular position, we are working with a well established Customer Support company to find a German Contact Agent. This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Acting as first point of contact for customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat
  • Managing concerns and complaints accordingly
  • Providing technical support for pc-related issue
Key Skills:
  • Confident communicator
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to empathise with others
  • Friendly manner
Job Requirements:
  • Right to work in Portugal
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good understanding of English (B1 Level)
  • Minimum education - High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in customer focused role
