How a day-to-day will look like:
  • Advice and support for corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies on technical questions
  • Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English
  • Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies
  • Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
  • Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English
  • Tech Expert: 1 year of technical support or system administrator experience
  • Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
  • Communication: Virtuoso
