Du beantwortest alle eingehenden Kundenanfragen vor, während und nach der Buchung per E-Mail sowie am Telefon und kümmerst Dich um die Beantwortung von Reklamationen. Qualifications
COME AS YOU ARE:
- Du bist so wie wir – sympathisch und hochmotiviert
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch (Niveau B2 oder höher)
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden gesammelt und hervorragender Service ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Partnern und Kunden und verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Empathie
- Du kannst sehr schnell auf neue Sachverhalte reagieren und bringst gute Problemanalyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit
- Schicht- und Wochenenddienste sind für Dich kein Problem
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und gängiger Software (Microsoft Office)
- Du verlierst nie den Überblick und das Ziel aus den Augen, auch wenn´s mal etwas hektisch wird
- Du bist proaktiv und nimmst den Hörer in die Hand
