RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

• Produce and manage the Company roster in compliance with the regulation associated and with the related AAP operating policies and directives such as, the Operations Manual and subsidiary SOP;
• Regarding Crew Training, Flight Operations, and Ground Operations requirements, coordinate and integrate all the schedules in order to assure a compliant and stabilized roster, in the company´s digital platform, that includes: leave periods, trainind requirements, sick leaves, external commitments and meetings and audits.
• Co-operate and support the Operations Manager with the Audits planned by the Compliance Monitoring and the Compliance Manager and address all faults and deficiencies found, particularly in respect to the standards in regard to roster and recency training management;
• Support the in the management of the corrective actions and amendments to the operator’s procedures, arising from any operational reports, Safety Management System reports and Compliance or Quality Audits;
• Support the Ground Operations Manager in the management of training records to be introduced in company´s digital platform for flight operations personnel, towards efficiency and validation of a compliant and safe roster.
• Ensure compliance of the safety policy, fostering safe practices, reporting and communication as part of the Company safety reporting scheme.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Degree
• Hability to work either autonomously or in a team work environment.

Requirements to be fulfilled:

• College degree preferable.
• Experience in the aviation sector and knowledge of EASA regulation highly desirable.
