As a Product Designer, what are you going to do?

As a Product Designer, what are you going to do?
- Work within the Product Experience team on a variety of platforms and products (mobile, web-based, self-service solutions, desktop apps);
- Work directly with the product team and engineering (software and hardware) counterparts in launching features/products;
- Be a highly collaborative and active member of your design with product and development teams;
- Revise your designs based on design reviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and customer support feedback;
- Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product;
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming;
- Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers;
- Employ design concepts into functional prototypes;
- Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts;
- Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase;
- Being an advocate of design systems and design ops tools;
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
- 5+ years experience in product design with an emphasis on designing desktop apps;
- Experience assimilating customer feedback received through user research, user feedback, user testing, etc. (extra special bonus points if you were involved in the study!);
- Experience running design sprints and workshops is a plus;
- Portfolio examples of complex design challenges highlighting your end-to-end design process from concept through pixel-perfect designs;
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal;
- Experience creating functional prototypes and working closely with product management and dev teams to implement your design solutions;
- Good understanding of color science and combinations;
- Proficient with a wide arsenal of design software packages and tools (Figma, Protopie, and Adobe tools, etc.);
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Meticulous and diligent;
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends;
- Flexibility to travel.
