RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead new feature delivery from inception to transition;
Prioritize product backlog for development team;
Participate in team planning and demo meetings;
Gather product requirements: analyze incoming product visions and requests, existing systems possibilities, discuss details with stakeholders;
Develop detailed requirements for the development teams: UML/workflow diagrams, user stories and use cases;
Coordinate UI prototyping and graphical design;
Manage requirements changes;
Communicate statuses to stakeholder, manage expectations;
Plan releases and coordinate delivery to operations and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience as a product owner/project manager/business analyst in IT;
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to process information from different sources and create explicit and clear requirements;
Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to lead productive group meetings;
Strong technical attitude, analysis skills and problem solving skills;
Experience working with Scrum or similar Agile frameworks;
Knowledge of the Software Development Process;
Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis on Computer Science or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience;
English: Upper-Intermediate and higher;

WILL BE A PLUS:

Technical background;
Experience with cloud software;
Project Management and Agile certifications
