Overview
Job Duties
- Procurement & Resource Management: Manage procurement processes and resource allocation.
- Meeting Coordination & Scheduling: Organize and facilitate project meetings, team events and laboratory activities, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist the research team in preparing detailed reports and documentation on project progress and financial status.
- Budget Management Support in collaboration with INL’s Project Finance Management Office: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, etc.
- Communication & Liaison: Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education
- Degree or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination within a research or scientific environment is preferred. However, candidates with less experience but high potential will also be considered.
- Proven track record in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and ensuring action items are addressed.
- Familiarity with financial procedures and compliance for government, European, and industrial funding.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point) for reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Competent in using communication tools such as Microsoft Teams for meetings and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in financial tools and software like Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
Other Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English are required since it´s the working language of INL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certification: Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar ones.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
