As a Tech Lead, you will design the solution's architecture, manage the delivery team and ensure they follow all the best procedures and practices. Also, you will be responsible for the overall project quality. Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
  
• Strong experience in web and mobile application development and delivery procedures
  
• Master application architecture design principles and development best practices
  
• Experience with modern javascript libraries/frameworks - React.js is a plus
  
• High knowledge in database modelling and SQL
  
• Hands on experience with REST
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies
  
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

• Ability to think out-of-the-box
  
• State-of-the art mindset
  
• Capacity to remove impediments improving team performance
