Position: Tech Lead/Architect of Headless Solutions

Location: Remote (Portugal-based)


Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in full-stack development to lead the design and implementation of headless solutions, particularly with PWA Kit and SFRA-based platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, translating their vision and capabilities into technical requirements, providing informed and well-argued technical guidance, and ensuring a clear and confident communication flow.


Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the development of headless solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to interpret business needs and capabilities into technical solutions.
• Provide expert technical insight, challenge approaches, and offer strong, well-founded recommendations.
• Lead stakeholder management and client-facing activities, fostering clear communication and aligning expectations.
• Ensure the development of progressive web applications (PWA) using PWA Kit and SFRA-based solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a specialization in PWA Kit and SFRA.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Solid experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
• Ability to confidently present technical opinions and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Retail and/or Healthcare sectors is a plus.
