Skills and Qualifications

A Technical Product Manager at xgeeks is responsible for the success of the product by making sure the desired outcomes are achieved

How we expect you to achieve the outcomes

• Assessing the 4 main risks: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability.
• Identifying, tracking, and measuring success metrics and outcomes
• Discovering and validating end-users' pain points, product requirements, and potential solutions
• Managing stakeholders as the core point of communication in a cross-functional team
• Creating and enforcing product vision/strategy & go-to-market strategy
• Plan and execute the product roadmap
• Focus:
  • Outcomes (Impact)
  • 80% external (e.g Business and end-user), 20% internal (e.g Internal technical team)

Key Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills
