Job Description:
As an Architectural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of architectural projects in Doha. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to create innovative and functional architectural solutions. You will utilize your expertise in architectural design, technical knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop architectural design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and project constraints.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
• Ensure that architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Doha.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and other design elements into architectural projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and external partners to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in Qatar or the Gulf region.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Qatar.
• Excellent design and visualization skills, with a portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
