Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Biomedical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that medical devices function effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of biomedical equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on medical devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on equipment use.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers for parts and technical guidance.
- Years of experience working with biomedical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and technology.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards for medical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification from an accredited Biomedical Technician program.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Familiarity with ISO and other quality management standards.
