Business Development Manager - ICT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with expertise in Information and Communication Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development in these areas by identifying and forming strategic product partnerships, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, and ensuring successful project delivery by assisting the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
o Identify and evaluate potential product partnerships and suppliers in Information and Communication Technology.
o Establish and maintain relationships with key product partners and suppliers.
o Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
2. Technical Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and provide technical expertise to develop tailored solutions.
o Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
o Provide accurate and detailed technical specifications and documentation to support sales proposals and bids.
3. Project Fulfillment:
o Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful implementation of ICT projects.
o Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
o Provide troubleshooting and technical support during the installation and commissioning phases of projects.
4. Technical Leadership:
o Act as a technical expert and mentor for the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
o Conduct training sessions for the sales and operations teams to enhance their technical understanding and capabilities.
o Lead the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project delivery.
Qualifications:
Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
Experience:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT, with at least 5 years in a sales/leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and software.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills..
- Proven track record in business development and technical sales support in the ICT industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies.
Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month

- ICT: 8 years (Required)

- Qatar Driving License (Required)
