The HR Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the Human Resources functions across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong corporate background, capable of managing HR operations for multiple sectors or subsidiaries within a group holding.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to set strategic directions, establish company policies, and handle a large team while ensuring HR operations run efficiently across different business units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all business units. Regularly update policies to stay compliant with changing regulations and organizational needs.
  • Operations Management: Oversee complex HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management. Ensure all HR functions are executed seamlessly across different subsidiaries.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR operations adhere to legal standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and compliance in employee records.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Lead efforts to address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and support conflict resolution processes. Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage a large HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Facilitate training and professional development for team members to drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve efficiencies. Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Setting KPIs and Performance Management: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR functions, including payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Track and report on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in corporate HR, with experience managing HR operations across multiple sectors or subsidiaries within a group holding.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish HR policies, set KPIs, and drive compliance.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and handling complex HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Operational Efficiency:
  • Timeliness and accuracy of payroll processing.
  • Reduction in HR operational errors.
Compliance:
  • Adherence to local labor laws (measured through regular audits).
  • Accuracy and completeness of employee records.
Employee Relations:
  • Reduction in grievance incidents and resolution time.
  • Employee satisfaction ratings related to HR services.
Process Optimization:
  • Successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Efficiency gains in service delivery (measured through metrics and feedback).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
