We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team with local Banking Experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with banking products (checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards) and online/mobile banking platforms.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using banking software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking.
