Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to facilitate positive employee experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role will include managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and overseeing payroll processes to support overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and payroll issues.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances while ensuring a fair process.
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in payroll practices.
• Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Conflict resolution and mediation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR or Employee Relations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating reports related to employee satisfaction and payroll accuracy.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
