Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Manage and lead a team of plumbers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and efficient plumbing work.
• Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee all plumbing work for new installations, repairs, and maintenance across multiple projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all plumbing installations and repairs meet company standards and comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues or delays on-site, coordinating with engineers and other trades when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on the job site, ensuring all plumbing work is carried out safely, using the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper procedures.
• Material & Resource Management: Oversee inventory and ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and plumbing materials. Order supplies as needed and manage costs to stay within project budgets.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams, including electrical, construction, and HVAC, to ensure smooth integration of plumbing systems in overall project timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work, including daily logs, work orders, inspections, and project updates. Report progress and issues to senior management regularly.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to the plumbing team on new techniques, tools, and safety procedures. Foster skill development within the team.
• Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans, and plumbing systems are properly installed and functioning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a licensed plumber, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and repairs, including water, gas, and drainage systems. Familiarity with piping materials such as PVC, copper, and steel.
• Code Compliance: In-depth understanding of local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all plumbing work is precise, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients. Ability to explain complex plumbing concepts in a simple manner.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensing & Certification: Licensed plumber with certification in plumbing supervision or project management.
• Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects.
• Knowledge of advanced plumbing systems such as radiant heating, water filtration, or green plumbing technologies.

Preferred : Qatar driving license
