Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Any Nationality)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients in the cleaning, hospitality, and facility management sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the cleaning, hospitality, or facility management & Manpower Supply industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid Qatar driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
