Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive with a proven track record in the cleaning and hospitality, facility management industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and target potential clients in the cleaning, hospitality, and facility management sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the cleaning, hospitality, or facility management & Manpower Supply industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid Qatar driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
