Senior Agriculture Engineer

As a Senior Agriculture Engineer in an engineering consultancy, you will provide expert technical advice and support to clients on a wide range of agricultural projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage agricultural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide expert technical advice on agricultural engineering matters, including irrigation systems, soil conservation, agricultural infrastructure, and sustainable farming practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for agricultural projects.
- Develop design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Oversee the construction and commissioning of agricultural engineering projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
- Provide excellent client service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Contribute to the development of the consultancy's agricultural engineering practice.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- More than 12 years of experience
- UPDA Grade A/B is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural practices, technologies, and equipment.
- Experience in project management.
