Job Summary:
As a Senior Agriculture Engineer in an engineering consultancy, you will provide expert technical advice and support to clients on a wide range of agricultural projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agricultural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide expert technical advice on agricultural engineering matters, including irrigation systems, soil conservation, agricultural infrastructure, and sustainable farming practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for agricultural projects.
• Develop design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Oversee the construction and commissioning of agricultural engineering projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
• Provide excellent client service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
• Contribute to the development of the consultancy's agricultural engineering practice.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• More than 12 years of experience
• UPDA Grade A/B is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural practices, technologies, and equipment.
• Experience in project management.
