Job Summary:
A Stakeholder Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical experts and project stakeholders. They are responsible for ensuring that the technical aspects of a project align with the needs and expectations of clients, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):

• Possess a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to the consultancy's field of specialization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate complex technical information to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ensure that the technical aspects of a project are aligned with the overall project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project delivery or stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to project teams in making informed decisions.
• Ensure that project deliverables comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and codes.
• Contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions that meet project goals and stakeholder needs
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and reports.
• Address stakeholder questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Evaluate alternative technical solutions and recommend the most appropriate approach.
• Conduct technical reviews and inspections to verify compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as stakeholder Engineer
• Certification in stakeholder management or project management
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Required Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in the relevant field of engineering
• Ability to translate technical information into clear and understandable language
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
