Stakeholder Engineer

A Stakeholder Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical experts and project stakeholders. They are responsible for ensuring that the technical aspects of a project align with the needs and expectations of clients, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):
- Possess a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to the consultancy's field of specialization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate complex technical information to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of a project are aligned with the overall project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project delivery or stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to project teams in making informed decisions.
- Ensure that project deliverables comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and codes.
- Contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions that meet project goals and stakeholder needs
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and reports.
- Address stakeholder questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate alternative technical solutions and recommend the most appropriate approach.
- Conduct technical reviews and inspections to verify compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as stakeholder Engineer
- Certification in stakeholder management or project management
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant field of engineering
- Ability to translate technical information into clear and understandable language
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
