Continuous delivery and configuration management of the SAP Ariba Cloud products using variety of deployment tools \\r\\n Continuous delivery and configuration management of the SAP Ariba Cloud products using variety of deployment tools. \\r\\n Effectively and quickly respond to deployment requests, and provide overall technical support for the SAP Ariba product suite. \\r\\n Work closely with subject matter experts within various Engineering teams. \\r\\n Ensure user tickets and change requests are handled according to pre-defined SLA\\'s for response time, updates, and closure. \\r\\n Develop and automate manual tasks to improve day-to-day activities and scalability of timeconsuming operations. \\r\\n Manage complex deployment projects such as setting up new sites, business continuity (DR), provide guidance and recommendations to technical teams, and clearly communicate progress and issues encountered to management teams. \\r\\n Certificate management, certs renewal and debugging issues. \\r\\n Document standard operating procedures to effectively utilize ITIL best practices. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.)
