Business Intelligence Analyst - 2 years contract

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst* to join our Business Intelligence team in Cluj-Napoca and help us deliver data-driven insights and solutions to our internal clients. Our work empowers sales and marketing decision makers with the insights they need to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ultimately improve the bottom line.

This is a limited contract, for 24 months.
What You Will Be Doing:
- This specific role is an Agile Product Lead (APL) where you'll partner with other leaders to drive the vision, manage the backlog, and foster a collaborative environment to guide our team to achieve their goals and deliver maximum value.
- You will consult on data, business rules, and the use of tools to access information appropriately.
- Troubleshoot and advise on data integrity issues, determine root cause and communicate issues to data owners for timely corrective action.
- You will work with cross-functional teams with a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal customers.
- You will learn and use a variety of software products in order to provide appropriate solutions as requested.
Your Future Team:
Our team consists of nine members from Romania, the US, and Asia. We work using the Agile methodology in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- Analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex information
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
Desired Skills and Experience
- Business acumen with a focus on customer service
- Experience in process leadership and project management
- Familiarity with Tableau or a willingness to learn
- Background as an Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner would be a plus
