Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer service support to Croatian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Offer product and service information, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and helpful responses.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve complex issues or escalate as necessary.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about the companys products and services to provide up-to-date support.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use multiple software systems.
• Willingness to work on-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
