Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues or guiding customers through the use of the companys products/services.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide the best support.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
