We're looking for Slovak speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Romania!
What you'll do:

• Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone interactions.
• Handle emails and manage voice calls with customers from leading airlines, assisting with flight changes or cancellations, lost baggage, and claims.
• Communicating with customers through various channels in Slovak and English
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintaining a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

What we're looking for:

• Proficient level of Slovak with good written and verbal English.
• Prior experience in Customer Service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to source necessary information from customers with a strong emphasis on issue resolution.
• EU Citizenship or Romanian Residence card
