• Education: Bachelor’s degree, with 2 -3 years of customer service is required, relevant experience will be desirable.
• Experience: International trade / logistics major or related experiences will be desirable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• Good customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative and result oriented.
• Must be able to communicate in French C1 & English C1 (Verbal and Written)

• Monitor daily operations and incoming matters.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer phone calls (10% of your time), perform back-office tasks 90% of your time.
• Check material validity and price effectiveness in SAP.
• Arrange valid orders to initiate product shipment.

• Create on-time invoices to complete operations and ensure business profitability.
