What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
• Manage multichannel interactions (90 % email, 10% voice)
• Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications

• French language level C1 - native
• Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Flexible to work on different shifts (Monday-Sunday)
