About you: You are a passionate and experienced mobile engineering leader with a proven track record of driving successful projects and inspiring teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a deep understanding of mobile development technologies, like i OS /Android/ React/React Native frameworks. Your strong technical background allows you to provide valuable insights while guiding your team through complex challenges. You excel in fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and promoting best practices in software development. With excellent communication skills, you effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver outstanding mobile experiences. You are a strategic thinker who balances technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring that projects not only meet technical specifications but also align with the overall vision and objectives of the organization. Day-to-day, you will: · Work with our technical leaders to set out a vision for our mobile engineering projects. · Design and build advanced applications for the Android/i OS platform using Java/Swift/Kotlin/React/React Native. · Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. · Responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the mobile development team. · Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. · Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. · Work with project managers on estimating the feasibility and complexity of new products/features. · Participate in the planning process for software development projects, and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery. · Ensure delivering the required software quality and reliability of the entire team's output. · Lead a team that will design and develop software solutions to meet agreed acceptance criteria and stories using a range of languages and technologies. Ensure development standards are established, known, and followed within the Scrum team. · Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to other members of the development team. As a well-rounded Mobile Engineering Team Lead, your Skills and Experiences likely include: · Proven software development experience and Android / i OS / React/ React Native / Flutter skills development. · Team management skills. · 2+ years of experience in Mobile Development. · You have experience working on a number of mobile apps · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong leadership and people management skills. · A high level of working English is required.
