Operational Oversight:

• Monitor the performance of staff team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, game rules, and gaming regulations.
• Ensure that staff adheres to the operational standards, including table setup, game procedures, and customer interactions, are consistently met.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Customer Support, Compliance) to address any technical issues, customer complaints, or operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor staff performance, behaviour and interactions to ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the live gaming experience.
• Handles staff-related issues or complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Compliance and Security:

• Regularly review procedures to ensure the staff aligns with regulatory standards and best practices, updating as necessary.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and manage detailed reports on team performance, staff operational issues, and overall staff performance.
