Intern (Bachelor) HR with Italian -12 months
We have an opportunity for an Intern HR to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. In this role you’ll provide HR support and get involved in various projects that make a real impact to our culture, employees, and businesses. You will have the support of an amazing HR team, that will teach, guide and coach you on HR processes and activities. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

• On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements), making sure that the EE file is complete and correct.
• Creates and collects signatures for all related documents
• Maintain the relationship with all employees regarding HR Services administrator, such as: documents, signatures, status of employees and other internal procedure and internal regulations.
• Working closely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding, C&B, Government Relations
• Benefits administration, Report analysis, Invoicing for benefits, Distribution of benefits
• Creates and reviews periodically the job descriptions for direct reports
• Participates in the recruitment and selection process for hiring staff.
• Sets development plans (technical & behavioral) for his own reports, ensures succession planning.

Key skills and qualifications

• Student status as 3rd year Bachelor or Master’s enrolled in related field
• Good understanding of Italian and English in written and spoken is a must
• Good analyzing skills,
• Communication skills
• Customer focus/orientation
