We are currently looking for an exceptional and passionate for talented QA Team Leader to join our awesome R&D Office in Romania.
Starting with the design and planning stages, the QA team is involved in all stages of development, testing and site implementation of our products at customer sites
We are looking for a QA Team Leader who will be involved in 3 main areas:

• Technical leading – review test cases, training, offering solutions, performing reviews for the products documentation
• End to end management of QA activities – Effort estimation, strategies, testing necessities, planning activities, tracking the project status, improve ways of working.
• People Management – growing & developing the team, setting goals, performance evaluations, recruitment.

Other related actives of QA Team Leader:

• Lead & grow a team of testing engineers, testing communication intelligence systems
• Be responsible for scheduling, QA tasks, objective definition, complying with requirements, employee development.
• Lead management processes at the team level.
• Interface with multiple groups within the business unit: Development, Sales, Project Managers, etc.
• Be responsible for planning and implementing QA tests
• Risk management
• Lead regression testing and integration on assigned projects

Requirements:

Your toolbox

• BSc, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or another related degree - Mandatory
• 4 years experience in manual testing of large communication systems, telecom or software engineering domains – Mandatory.
• High Technical skills and holistic perspective - Mandatory
• Previous experience in managing QA teams on large communications systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols layers 3-7 or Cellular protocols ( 3G,4G,5G, Vo IP, Vo LTE, etc) – Big advantage
