You’ll help our local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
What you will be doing:

• Be a key player in recruitment! From posting job openings, screening candidates and assessing qualifications, to organizing interviews, follow-up with hiring managers and keeping candidates informed about our process for our Pw C Romania team.
• Master the art of talent hunting. Use creative sourcing techniques to find the best candidates and set the stage for impactful interviews that match them with the existing openings.
• Create an unforgettable candidate journey . Stay connected with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience.
• Join the fun in supporting our Employer Branding activities. Participate in career fairs, student events, webinars and open days to showcase that Pw C is the right place to shape a career.
• Strive to make a difference, be passionate!

What we need from you:

• 6 months of recruitment experience? That’s a plus!
• Positive vibes only! We are looking for a person with a “can do” attitude, motivated by a strong desire to learn and build a meaningful professional career.
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks under deadlines while still delivering quality work.
• Solution-seeker. A mindset of constantly finding solutions.
• Fluent in English? Both spoken and written are a must.
• An eye for the small stuff that makes a big difference.
• Strong interpersonal skills are key.
