We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Strategy and Operations Specialist to support our sales team in optimizing their performance and driving strategic initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the sales operations run efficiently, while also providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for improving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

• Sales Strategy Development support: Support in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives while collaborating with senior leadership on presentations, reports, and strategic initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current sales processes for inefficiencies and collaborate with sales management to implement best practices that drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (Portfolios, Bid management, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
• Market Research: Perform market and competitive research to deliver actionable insights that inform the sales team's approach and highlight opportunities or challenges.
• Sales Enablement: Supporting the sales process by creating any documentation required by the client (i.e. developing general and specific company presentations for clients/prospects, case studies, success stories, project descriptions, testimonials, etc.).
• Support Sales Management: Provide both administrative and strategic support to sales leadership on special projects and initiatives as required.

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of the IT market and trends
• Good planning and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and share job responsibilities with other team members
• Excellent organizational and problem-management skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid (physical/virtual) team
• Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines with a focus on quality
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, German would be nice to have.
