Job Mission

The Business Process Analyst SAP HR is accountable for:

Driving structural SAP HR interface improvements to improve the quality of SAP HR data (in multiple clients) that is used by many backend systems;

Driving SAP HR related Architectural choices;

Coordinating SAP HR related incidents to ensure they are followed-up from an End-to-End perspective;

Coordinating SAP HR related upgrades;

Create a proposal with regards to roles and responsibilities of the SAP HR IT landscape.

Job Description

As Business Process Analyst you will act as subject matter expert for multiple Business Process Owners in the organization. You will focus on SAP HR and the related interfaces.

You will work in an Agile environment as part of the Finance Agile Release Train (ART), supporting the Finance organization worldwide.

You are getting energized by coordinating incidents and structural improvements from an End-to-End perspective. Connecting the business with IT. You are able to collaborate with IT Architects and come with a clear IT solution direction for SAP HR.

Education Bachelor or master degree in field of IT or Technology.

Experience

7+ years experience as Business Process Analyst, Functional SAP Consultant or similar positions;

Detailed hands-on / customizing knowledge of SAP HR and related interfaces (e.g. with Workday);

Preferably SAP Certified;

Experience with an IT Business Partner role is a pre;

Experience with an IT Project Lead role is a pre;

Experience in translation of Business Requirements into IT Requirements and design the correct solution (direction) corresponding these business requirements.

(1.) To be the point of contact for all high business impacting critical activities and technical escalations. (2.) To conduct complex support activities and provide oversight and technical training to the less senior team members. (3.) To actively work with customers to identify any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects (using network level knowledge). (4.) To identify risks and form contingency plans. (5.) To serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical support and assistance to Organization and the end customers. (6.) To assist in creation and development of customer initial troubleshooting tools that could be a service offering.
