• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Polytechnic, or Mathematics, focusing on accounting/finance.
• Experience: 3-5 years in accounting and/or audit.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Communication Pro: Fluent in English and Romanian, with strong presentation skills.
• Audit Know-How: Understanding of risk-based auditing and control strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management and mentorship of junior staff.

• Strategize and Plan: Allocate tasks and manage workflows, ensuring team efficiency and project success.
• Build Relationships: Foster connections with clients and colleagues to deliver on business objectives.
• Mentor and Develop: Coach and support your team, helping them grow through timely feedback and clear expectations.
