Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Hardware Manager to join our team in KSA. This role will involve collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver top-quality door solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architectural hardware, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and project management.
Job description :
- Seeking to get approval for products from consultants and searching for new projects through contractors and consultants.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of different types of HINGES, DOOR CLOSER, LOCK SET, LEVER HANDLES, PULL HANDLE, CYLINDERS, PANIC HARDWARE, ACCESSORIES, and related products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and builders to understand project specifications and requirements related to doors. Offer technical guidance and product recommendations to meet project needs.
- Create customized proposals and quotes for door solutions based on project requirements, ensuring that they align with budget constraints and building codes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to client inquiries and concerns.
- Promote door solutions to generate sales. This includes attending trade shows, networking with industry professionals, and conducting presentations to potential clients.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the project, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that installations meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and product suppliers to ensure the successful execution of door-related projects.
- Maintain detailed records of project specifications, communications, and sales activities. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Saudi or not Saudi
- Proven experience in architectural hardware sales or project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of door hardware products and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- السعي للحصول على الموافقات على المنتجات من الاستشاريين والبحث بنشاط عن مشاريع جديدة من خلال المقاولين والاستشاريين.
- تطوير والحفاظ على معرفة عميقة بأنواع مختلفة من أدوات البناء المعمارية، بما في ذلك المفصلات، ومغاليق الأبواب، ومجموعات الأقفال، ومقابض الأبواب، ومقابض السحب، والأسطوانات، وأدوات الطوارئ، والملحقات.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع المعماريين والمقاولين والبنائين لفهم مواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع المتعلقة بالأبواب.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات ومديري المشاريع وموردي المنتجات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة لمواصفات المشروع والاتصالات وأنشطة المبيعات. والتأكد من دقة وتحديث جميع الوثائق.
- سعودي او غير سعودي
- خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات أدوات البناء المعمارية أو إدارة المشاريع.
- معرفة تقنية قوية بمنتجات أدوات الأبواب والمعايير الصناعية.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل شخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة فريق وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
