As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the delivery process. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and prompt resolution of any concerns.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, services, and procedures to provide informed support.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
