Responsibilities:

Draft and manage key legal documentation for company operations.
Oversee legal documents, procedures, and employee-related matters.
Handle tasks associated with the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia (MISA).
Facilitate the commercial registration process in Saudi Arabia.
Apply legal expertise to company articles as needed.
Effectively navigate and utilize Saudi government labor-related portals.
Register and manage accounts on platforms such as Muqem, Qiwa, GOSI, and others.
Provide clear and relevant guidance to clients.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Based in Dammam, Al-Khuzama District.
Preference for male candidates with a legal background.
Immediate availability required.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willing to work in the field.
Capable of managing work pressure effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
