Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage essential legal documents for company operations.
• Oversee legal documentation, procedures, and employee-related matters.
• Handle tasks associated with the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia (MISA).
• Facilitate the commercial registration process in Saudi Arabia.
• Apply legal expertise to company articles as required.
• Navigate and utilize Saudi government labor-related portals effectively.
• Register and manage accounts on platforms such as Muqem, Qiwa, GOSI, and others.
• Provide clear guidance and support to clients.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Based in Riyadh, Jarir Street, near King Abdullah Park.
• Preference for male candidates with a legal background.
• Immediate availability required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Ability to manage work pressure effectively.
