JASARA PMC is looking for a talented HSE Manager - Piling to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our piling operations across various civil engineering projects. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards while fostering a strong safety culture within our team.
As a key player in JASARA PMC, you will perform a critical function in driving operational excellence and risk management strategies in our piling activities. We are a joint venture company dedicated to transforming the infrastructure landscape of Saudi Arabia, contributing to the Vision 2030 goals, and upholding our commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures specifically related to piling operations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards related to piling operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead HSE training initiatives for employees involved in piling tasks to promote best practices and awareness.
• Investigate incidents and accidents related to piling activities, propose corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports.
• Engage with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with JASARA's HSE standards for piling operations.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years focusing on piling operations in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of piling methods, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in incident investigation and development of safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
