Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide support and training to team members on the use of Power Platform tools and applications.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize the use of Power Platform to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Power Platform and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are maintained across all solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data integration, API management, and database concepts.
• Proficient in coding and scripting for automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar role within the public or private sector is preferred.
