In this leadership position, you will oversee our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and innovation in our offerings.
As the Lead Food and Beverage (Retail), you will drive the strategic vision and operational execution of our retail food and beverage initiatives, working closely with various teams to curate an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage retail operations that align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives.
• Oversee the management of all retail food and beverage outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus and beverage offerings that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
• Lead and mentor the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the guest experience.
• Work closely with marketing and events teams to promote food and beverage experiences within the resort.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
