Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Department Heads and Line Managers to identify employee learning needs and clarify objectives.
• Organize and analyze learning needs to develop plans that address key areas for improvement and propose relevant learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning content that meets the identified objectives and builds necessary skills or competencies.
• Facilitate instructor-led training programs to engage participants and enhance knowledge retention.
• Maintain an external network for updated knowledge on accelerated learning technologies and oversee the Division’s Training and Development Centre.
• Use various tools to encourage managers to support the application of learning in the workplace.
• Lead forums and action learning sets to promote peer-to-peer learning and a collaborative learning culture.
• Evaluate the impact of learning interventions using proven methodologies.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning learning materials, uploading content, configuring the system, and analyzing reports to enhance user experience.
• Track and document progress of learning data and records.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, with a major in training or organizational development.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Learning Design and development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of the different business functions
• Fluent English and Arabic speaker
