Performance & Reporting Analyst

As a Performance & Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with various project teams to gather data, monitor performance indicators, and generate reports that highlight trends and areas for improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative projects across Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
- Create and present regular reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and performance processes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis and reporting.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analysis or reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
