In this role, you will be at the forefront of project planning, helping to shape the future of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed project schedules that align with project objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to planning and execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and analyze risks associated with project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead planning sessions and provide mentorship to team members to enhance their planning capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the civil engineering sector.
• Proficient in industry-standard project management software, specifically Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Knowledge of project risk management principles and practices.
