Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from conception through completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
- Monitor project performance, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
