One of our clients in metal industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of a Project Manager.
Experience : 5+ yrs
Location: Jeddah
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month

Job Description:
- Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage..
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
- Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
- Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project lift cycle
- Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
- Attend project, site progress and site related technical meetings..
- Monitor the productivity and the quality of work at site
- BS/MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector.
- Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules.
- Proficient with MSOffice suit (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Proficient with PDF editing software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
- Basic ability with CAD software is a plus.
- Able to travel as required.
- Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment and job site as required.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
