The Role
Main Duties/Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of the company's Io T device solutions in the local market. - Identify and qualify potential customers in the target industry verticals, such as manufacturing, logistics, and smart city initiatives. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to understand customer needs and pain points, and align the company's Io T offerings accordingly. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. - Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, ensuring that customer requirements are met and profitability is maintained. - Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Collaborate with the product development, marketing, and technical teams to provide customer feedback and gather insights for product enhancements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and generate new sales opportunities. - Mentor and provide guidance to the sales team to drive their professional development and enhance their sales capabilities.

We are an Io T and safety solutions company located in Saudi Arabia. We manufacture, provide and develop various Io T systems for different applications, especially in the safety field. Io T technologies We work with various Io T verticals like smart cities, cold chain, water, smart home, sphere, agri, bank, power, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred. - Certifications in sales, customer relationship management, or Io T technology are an advantage. Experience: - Minimum 7-10 years of proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in the Io T or technology industry. - Demonstrated success in successfully selling complex, enterprise-level solutions to clients in various industry verticals. - Familiarity with the local and regional market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape in the Io T space. Soft Skills: - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to think strategically and develop creative sales approaches. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales situations. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Technical Skills: - Comprehensive understanding of Io T technologies, devices, and their applications. - Familiarity with the principles of cloud computing, data analytics, and automation. - Proficient in using sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into compelling business solutions.
