Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Support the ongoing monitoring and reporting of governance compliance across various departments.
• Conduct research and analysis of governance best practices and stay updated on relevant regulations.
• Facilitate the preparation of governance documents, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote effective governance practices.
• Assist in conducting compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Support training and awareness initiatives related to governance and compliance.
• Act as a point of contact for governance-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in governance, compliance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of governance principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in the real estate or entertainment industry is a plus.
